Ann Northcut Taxed in Buckingham Co 1782-1796; designated as a widow in 1782. (1,5). The tax was for 100 acres in the first district of Buckingham Co. (5). In 1787 she was taxed for 3 horses and 6 cattle. (6). In 1795 she was taxed for one white tithable over 21 (a son), and one horse. (6). On 26 Jan 1786 Nathaniel Burton owned 321 acres in Buckingham Co adjoining Edward Maxey, Widow Northcutt, Nathaniel Maxey, and Edward Maxey. (4).

Archelaus Northcutt Arch Northcutt was taxed as a white tithable in the household of Richard Northcutt beginning in 1789 and running through 1792. In 1795 he was taxed on his own as one white tithable, and one horse. He may be the same as Frank Northcutt, taxed in 1793. (6).

Francis Northcutt In 1784 sold 100 acres in Buckingham Co to William Grizzet. (1). In 1785 he was taxed in Buckinham Co for 1 white tithable over age 21. (6).

Frank Northcut In 1793 taxed for one white tithable over age 21 in Buckingham Co. (6). Is this the same person as Archelaus Northcutt?

John Northcutt In 1789-1793, he was taxed for one tithable over age 21; and in 1791-1793 for one horse. (6). Taxed in Buckingham Co 1790-1794 for 179 acres in the 1st District. (1,5). On 26 Oct 1790 John Suddarth owned 230 acres lying on each side of Rock Island Creek in Buckingham Co, adjoining William Staton, John Northcutt, Charles Beazeley, Thomas Anderson, and Colonel Joseph Cabell. (4). On 23 Mar 1791 Powhatan Bolling owned 862 acres on Muddy Creek in Buckingham Co adjoining Colonel Joseph Cabell, William Stqaton, John Northcutt, John Beazley, James Hundley, George rice, Taylor and Harrison, and the lands of Tillotson Parish. (4).

Nathan Northuct On 29 Mar 1764 262 acres in Buckingham Co, head branches of George's Creek of Rock Island were surveyed; neighbors were William Anglin and Pet. Bondurant. (4).

Richard Northcutt One tithable in Buckingham Co in 1773 and 1774. (2) Taxed in Buckingham Co 1782-1804; from Chesterfield Co in 1782. (1,5). In 1782-1795 he was taxed for 100 acres; in 1788-1803 he was taxed for another 120 acres; both tracts in District 1 of Buckingham Co. (5). In 1796 sold 100 acres in Buckingham Co to Jacob Ford. (1). Taxed 1783-1795 in Buckingham Co for personal property, including up to 3 slaves, 2-4 horses, and 7-8 cattle; in 1783-1788 he had one white tithe over 21 in his household. In 1789-1792 he had another tithable, Arch Northcutt, in his household; in 1793 and 1795 he was back to one tithable. (6). On 10 Mar 1788 Richard Northcutt voted for two representatives for Buckingham Co to the convention of Virginia. (3). On 14 Apr 1788 Richard Northcutt voted for representatives to represent Buckingham Co in the General Assembly. (3).

Sims Alda Northcutt Alda Northcutt was taxed in Buckingham Co 1797 for 130 acres in District 1; in 1798 he sold 130 acres to Joel Drake. (1,5). He was taxed in Buckingham County in 1797 and 1801-1810 as one white tithable over 21, and in 1801, 1805 and 1806 for one horse. (6).
