Archelaus Northcutt Arch Northcutt was taxed as a white tithable in the household of Richard Northcutt beginning in 1789 and running through 1792. In 1795 he was taxed on his own as one white tithable, and one horse. He may be the same as Frank Northcutt, taxed in 1793. (6).

On 10 Mar 1788 Richard Northcutt voted for two representatives for Buckingham Co to the convention of Virginia. (3).
