When certain Jews sought to kill Jesus He made it clear that their behavior stemmed from a Satanic nature (John 8:44), a nature present in all men since the fall (Jeremiah 17:9) yet especially pronounced in those who are actively denying their sin, trying to make themselves holy, or rejecting God's mercy (John 9:41, Luke 22:3). Such men are totally given over to the Satanic mentality (1 Thessalonians 2:15,16). In the eyes of God such men, regardless of what race they might physically belong to, are all of the same breed (generation, Luke 11:51). Spiritually they are all the children of Satan, and as the Children of Satan can be recognized by their persecution of Evangelical Christians (Luke 11:49-51, Matthew 23:34-36, John 8:40-44, John 15:9, 1 John 4:5,6). While it is true that such men sometimes try to conceal their true nature, and so appear righteous, (2 Corinthians 11:14,15, Matthew 7:15) their doctrine will be hypocrisy (Matthew 16:12, Luke 12:1) and when their true nature is revealed the fruit of it will be seen as lies and murder (John 8:44, Matthew 7:20).
Cain was the very first of this Satanic breed. (Luke 11:51) Like all who trust in their own works, Cain sought God's favor, not through the blood of the lamb, but through the fruit of his own labor (Genesis 4:3). And when God made it clear that such labor was unacceptable as an atonement for sin Cain became angry (Genesis 4:4,5). Rather than admit his own sin he killed his brother Able. Then rather than admitting that sin, he lied about it telling God that he did not know where Able was (Genesis 4:8,9). Therefore, we see that Cain was guilty of both of the sins which Jesus identified with the Satanic spirit, lies and murder (John 8:44).
Because Cain was the first in the Satanic line, Canaan (the
son of Ham) was a type of Cain, and the destruction of the Canaanites by
the children of Israel is a type of the final judgement. Just as God brought
destruction upon the physical descendants of Canaan so He will at the appointed
time destroy the spiritual Canaanites.
While God used the physical descendants of Abraham to preserve the truth of God, by the time of Christ's advent many of the Jewish leaders were spiritual Canaanites (John 8:44, John 1:47, Romans 2:28,29). These people claimed to be holy, (Luke 18:9-11) they claimed to be very strict in their observance of God's Law, (Acts 26:5) yet their goal in interpreting Scripture was to find loopholes around God's Law (Romans 2:23, Luke 11:46). While professing to follow God's Word they in truth only used that Word to exalt themselves. They unashamedly presented their own words, their own commentary and interpretation of God's Word (tradition), as a higher revelation superior to the Bible itself (Mark 7:7-13, Matthew 5:1-9). It is no wonder then that as Cain murdered Able so these spiritual Canaanite plotted to kill Christ (John 8:39-59, Luke 11:51, Mark 12:13, Luke 11:54, John 5:18, Luke 22:2, John 7:19). And when they finally did kill Him their action was a spiritual rejection of the True God. They in effect chose Satan (Barabbas) while rejecting God (Jesus). [As a murderer Barabbas was a type of Satan, Matthew 27:15-26, Mark 15:6-15, Luke 23:18,19, John 18:39,40 ].
After Jesus ascended into heaven, unbelieving Pharisees began
to persecute His followers. (Acts 4:17-18, Acts 7:57-60, Acts 8:1-3, Acts
9:1,2, Acts 123:50, Acts 14:19, Acts 20:3, Acts 21:27-30, Acts 23:12) This
persecution of Christians by unbelievers did not cease in apostolic times
but has continued to this present day. All Jews are not involved in it
just as all Jews did not want Christ put to death. However, the persecution
is very real. I know of one realtor in Virginia who was sued by B'nai B'rith,
simply because the sign at his place of business had the symbol of the
fish on it. Many modern Pharisees also support organizations which twist
our laws to create an unconstitutional separation of Christianity from
government. Such was never the intent of the founding fathers. The Ten
Commandments have been banished from our schools, I know of at least three
towns which have been forced to remove Christian symbols from their seal,
and lawsuits have been brought against towns which set up nativity scenes
at Christmas time. This ungodly persecution will only cease when godly
men again control our government.
The Moslem religion is nothing more than Arab Phariseeism with
this difference: for centuries Prior to Muhammad, Allah was worshiped as
the "Moon God." Allah was an Arabian Idol, not the God of Abraham. However,
like the pharisees Moslems have a contempt for God's Word. Moslems regard
the Biblical record concerning the sins and shortcomings of various men
of God, not as an evidence of Biblical honesty, but as an evidence of a
corrupted account. They prefer to have the prophets portrayed as squeaky
clean and bigger than life. (such dishonesty about human nature is an evidence
of the Satanic mentality. John 8:44) As a result a Moslem can read the
Bible only at the risk of his own life. I know of one man who was poisoned
by his own mother when he left the Moslem religion to become a Christian.
Our very word assassin comes from drug taking band of homicidal Moslem
fanatics. When Moslems took over the city of Fez in Morocco some fifty
thousand Christians were put to death. Such persecution has continued throughout
history. In the Sudan over two hundred and fifty thousand Christians have
recently died resisting forced conversion to the Moslem religion, Authorities
in that country kidnap Christian children and sell them as slaves. At present
the Anti-Slavery Society estimates that some seven thousand children, in
that country, have been enslaved. It is common in Moslem countries for
Christians to be killed and Christian women raped all in the name of serving
Allah. As the Bible says, "Ye shall know them by their fruits." (Matthew
7:16) (see John 8:44)
Through the mistaken belief that a religious person is a more holy person Satan was able to infiltrate the Christian Church. (Romans 3:28) Once inside the church Satan was able to introduce false doctrines and gradually move the church away from God's Word. Religious men began to be honored as "holy men." Homage was paid to them and they were exalted as being closer to God. Instead of praying to God people began to ask these men to pray for them. Then they even went so far as to invoke the aid of deceased "holy men" (or women). All of this was contrary to faith in Christ (Romans 5:1,2). This emphasis on works righteousness blinded people to the truth of the gospel (2 Corinthians 4:4). As a result the Bible came to be regarded as a dark book, a book which was simply twisted to agree with the opinions of these "holy men." In time people were even forbidden to read God's Word. At the same time falsehood and superstition was spread among the people all in the name of increasing piety. For instance, monks sometimes told people that the soul of any child who died before baptism would be doomed to wander the earth as a firefly.
John Wycliffe sought to counter this falsehood with the truth of God's Word. He translated the Bible into English and sent out lay preachers to comfort God's people with the words of Scripture. However, after his death his bones were dug up and burned. Furthermore, all who were caught with a copy of his translation were put to death. As to be expected people hid their translation of the Bible. Therefore the papists began to burn any man whose child could recite the Ten Commandments, The Apostles Creed, or The Lord's Prayer, in English. By 1519 some eighty men had been put to death on such evidence.
After 1520 the persecution only got worse. William Tyndale
was forced to flee England and to live in hiding as an outlaw all because
he sought to translate the Bible into English. In 1527 many copies of his
translation of the New Testament were publically burned by the papists.
Betrayed by a man who posed as his friend, William Tyndale was burned at
the stake on October 6, 1536. The chronicle of the execution reads, "They
were exceedingly kind to him, for instead of burning him they only strangled
him and burned his body at the stake." (as kind as hell itself).
As the power of God released at the time of the reformation broke the hold which the errors of Rome had on the minds of men, Satan sought a new strategy, a new disguise, a new face under which to carry out his evil work. The face he chose was atheism. He chose atheism because to the world at large atheism seems like the exact opposite of papal superstition. If Satan cannot keep Christians from having a Bible then as an atheist he will do all he can to keep them from believing it. As an atheist he will mock God's Word, claim that it is full of contradictions and errors, and offer an alternative religion under the guise of science.
However, it should be clear to every Evangelical Christian
that Atheists are spiritually no different than papists or pharisees. Just
as the papists burned Bibles and tortured Christians, so the atheists have
burned Bibles and tortured Christians. Richard Wurnbrant has documented
this persecution in several volumes, the best known of which is his book,
"Tortured For Christ." One story which Pastor Wurmbrant tells is of a man
who was having his teeth broken out one at a time in an attempt to make
him deny Christ. An iron rod would be placed against one tooth. Then if
he would not renounce Christ that rod would be hit with a hammer. When
the man finally cried out, "Why don't you just kill me and get it over
with?" His atheist torturerers simply said, "If we killed you then you
would go to heaven, we want you to first renounce Christ then when we kill
you then you will go to hell." By that one sentence., Satan revealed who
is really behind Atheism and communism. (John 8:44)
Atheist Margret Sanger, the founder of "Planned Parenthood" opposed Biblical morality and therefore sought to promote sexual immorality while at the same time working to legalize abortion. She used one lie after another in pursuing that goal. She was clearly a racist who wanted the federal government to forcibly sterilize all who in her view were racially or intellectually inferior including all Bible Believers. In pursuing her goal she advocated using black leaders to promote birth control among blacks. That is why Planned Parenthood presently has a black woman at its helm. When she ran into almost universal opposition from religious people, Protestant and Catholic alike, she invented the lie that only Catholics oppose abortion. This is a lie which the advocates of abortion continue to use to this day. To date over thirty-seven million babies have been brutally murdered because of the lies and contempt for God's Word promoted by Margaret Sanger and others like her.
One hundred and sixty years ago the so-called "civilized world"
was shocked at the brutality of the Zulu chieftain Shaka, who, upon realizing
that he was growing old, had one hundred pregnant women cut open in a search
for the secret of youth. However, since that time evolution has so effectively
removed the civilizing restraints of God's Word that two doctors recently
took an aborted baby which was still alive, kicking its legs and waving
its arms, and (without anesthetic) cut out its liver for use in an experiment.
When questioned about the morality of such action the doctors involved
simply said, "Legally the aborted fetus was only medical garbage." Such
cruel unfeeling sadism coupled with lies and murder should make it plain
to anyone that the advocates of abortion are Satan's people. (John 8:44)
Evolution in some form has been a part of various pagan religions
for centuries. Charles Darwin did not discover evolution, Lucretius, writing
before the time of Christ, writing in an age when scholars scorned research
as menial labor, taught the evolutionary origin of life. Darwin simply
took such naturalistic philosophy and twisted the facts to make them seem
to support it. Not only has evolution (of one species from another species)
never been observed, it is also contrary to some twenty known laws of science.
One lie after another has been manufactured to support the theory. Textbooks
which I studied in my youth had pictures of "Piltdown man", "Nebraska man"
Neanderthal Man", etc. I was assured that the "scientific" recreation of
these "ape men" rested upon objective evidence. I was simply lied to. The
blood thirsty advocates of evolution have used that myth, and myth it is,
to justify not only the murder of thirty-seven million infants in the United
States but untold millions more worldwide. Furthermore it has been used
as a rational for all the murders committed by the Nazis and the communists.
Yet it has no scientific support whatsoever. The so-called "Neanderthal
Man" was fully human. The "Piltdown Man" was a hoax pulled off by some
students, and pictures of the "Nebraska Man" complete with family were
manufactured out of nothing more than a single tooth which later proved
to be the tooth of a pig. So again we see the two key marks of Satan, lies
and murder. (John 8:44)
Many of the largest Christian denominations have been taken over by anti-intellectuals, who, lacking any real scholarship, have fallen for atheist lies, hook, line and sinker. These men may appear to be Christian but their contempt for God's Word exposes their hypocrisy and reveals them for what they really are, children of Satan (Luke 11:51, John 8:44). Not only do they teach the myth of theistic evolution, a myth without either Scriptural or scientific support, they also condone and promote both communism and abortion. While communists were burning Bibles "liberals" were spreading the lie that the Bible was full of myths and errors. It is time for all true Christians to expose these people as hypocrites, take back the churches which they have stolen and bring those "liberals" who are guilty of immorality, child abuse, and murder, to justice.
